  • Sam Delaney

Sam Delaney reads from his hilarious first book, Get Smashed, the story of the men who made the adverts that changed our lives.

Some, including Ridley Scott, Alan Parker, David Puttnam and Charles Saatchi, all of whom he interviewed for this book, became famous. Others simply overdosed on sex, drugs and thirty-second commercials.

Sam is an award-winning journalist and broadcaster, writer and presenter of Channel Five’s Sam Delaney on McBritain and writer of Channel 4’s The Greatest Ads You Never Saw. His father, uncle and brothers all work in advertising.
