Joshua Levine

Joshua Levine has cherished a long-standing passion for the aviation heroes of WW1, and his latest book, On a Wing and a Prayer, covering that period, will be published in May.

The book charts the personal histories of the WW1 pilots – the pioneers of war in the air.

Joshua’s first book, Forgotten Voices of the Blitz and the Battle for Britain, also covered personal histories, and he has been primary researcher for many history books. His plays have been performed on the London stage and on BBC Radio 4.

Joshua will read from his work and will be glad to take questions from the audience.
